Shipping Information

Orders are shipped out using Registered International Post all over the world.
When your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via e-mail.
Most orders can be tracked using the National Postal Service of the receiving country.

Payment Options

We only accept payment via Mastercard and Visa cards. If your card has one of these logos, we can accept payment from you.
If you are nervous to trust online retailers, Cheaprxdirect.com is totally secure with all data sent to us encrypted and credit card information stored on a different server.

Credit Card Processing

If you are having problems processing your credit card, the following are some common issues:
Different Addresses - Your billing address should be exactly as it appears on your monthly credit card statement. Check your billing statement that you get from your credit card company for an exact match and then try entering your credit card again. If this does not work, try using an older address - your bank might not have updated all its information.

Card Verification Number incorrect (CVV2) - The card verification number is a 3-digit number printed on the right at the back of your card. It normally appears after and to the right of the last 4 digits of your card number and is available on all US issued cards. Certain international issued Visa and Mastercards may not have this number but may still be useable. If a card verification number is not available, please try using a different card.

Note: International account holders will not need to add a card verification number.

If you still have trouble:

Try another card - We accept both Visa and Mastercard and you may want to try a different card for use with our system.
Try again later - You may be able to successfully add your credit card if you try again at a later time. This would most likely be due to an unusually high amount of traffic and slow bandwidth speeds.
