What currency is the site using?

All prices and costs are in US dollars

Is your site secure?

Yes it is. We use a Secure Payment Gateway service which encrypts all personal and credit card information that is sent to us. When using our transactions in this manner you are assured to be protected from anyone else seeing your personal or credit information. How will the charge show up on my credit card statement?

How is my order shipped?

All items are shipped in plain, generic envelopes.
We mail all orders using registered international post and guarantee delivery to all countries after we have shipped your order out.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to all countries.

Why is my order taking longer than normal for processing?

There could be a few reasons for the delay. Firstly, if your shipping and billing information is different, we normally conduct a fraud check with our merchant banking system - this can add a few extra days to the processing times.

Secondly, at times we experience a greater than normal increase in orders and are thus working to fill all orders.

What if I am not happy with my product?

If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us and explain the situation. We will always do our best to satisfy you - our customer.

How do I pay for my order?

We currently only accept credit cards - Visa and Mastercard.

How long does it take to receive an order?

Normal processing time for an order is 3-4 business days after which your order will be sent for shipping.
Shipping normally takes between 7-10 business days excluding time in Customs to most countries.

When do I get billed?

When you first make an order with us, an authorisation request is made on your card.
Your card is only billed after processing when your order is sent for shipping.
